33. Joey Maggs – Age 37
Although he never came close to the top of the wrestling mountain, Joey Maggs was a top hand at making opponents look magnificent. Maggs learned his craft in the South, working in Deep South Wrestling and Memphis before hitting the big time in WCW. After a nagging shoulder injury ended his career early, Maggs seemingly vanished. A 2005 story had him attending flight training school to become a cargo pilot while another story saw him working as a stunt double on The Dukes of Hazzard film. Although Maggs was no superstar, he had no regrets about his career choice and enjoyed the travel and first-class accommodations he experienced. Maggs died from unknown causes on October 15, 2006.
