13. Perro Aguayo Jr.
This second-generation luchador built his reputation as a skilled wrestler working in lucha libre promotions Triple A and CMLL. During a tag team match in Tijuana, Mexico on March 20, 2015, Perro was in the ring against Rey Mysterio when Mysterio hit a dropkick on him, sending him neck-first into the ropes so Mysterio could hit the “6-1-9.” Perro’s body went limp, and it soon became obvious something was wrong. Attempts to revive Aguayo were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at the hospital. It is believed he suffered a cervical stroke due to multiple vertebrae injuries, dying within moments.
