7. He Could Knock Men Out with a Slap
Like several of his Minnesota wrestling peers, Rick Rude worked as a bouncer before he began his grappling game. The tough as nails Rude was no one to mess with as numerous colleagues recall his ability to knock a man out with a slap. Rude’s strength was witnessed again years later during his time in WCW. Rude (who had broken his arm) was confronted by a bouncer who questioned the toughness of professional wrestlers. Rude responded by slapping the man using his broken arm, fracturing the bouncer’s jaw.
